@redapplegirls was kind enough to let me try out their 2019 holiday collection of lipsticks & lip liners! They came out with 3 new shades of each, all of which are perfect for the holidays (or as gifts!) Click the link in my profile to see pictures of them on & my review!
I’ve been lost on what to post lately. And honestly, I’m lost about what to put now. It’s hard to post positive things when life hasn’t felt very positive. And when everyone is posting about Christmas....I’m still thinking how I’m going to get through thanksgiving this year. But I’ve decided to tell myself this: think of thanksgiving as being thankful my brother was in my life & such a huge influence to me. Be thankful Jesus died on the cross so my brother could finally be healed, for eternity- and I get to see him again in Heaven with the one who made the universe. Even typing this now helps me remember that. It’s not easy. But this week & this next month think of someone you know who has lost someone, recent or not. Pray for them & tell them you care. 🧡
I had been dreading this last week pretty much ever since August after Bubby passed away. It was veterans’s day on Monday & my birthday on Friday. My first birthday without my brother here. Mom & dad ended up surprising me by visiting for the weekend. It made the time so much better & was so nice to have them here. I cried a lot on my birthday- from being sad & also from being thankful so many people reached out. Thank you! Every person who texted, called, sent a card, told me on Facebook meant so much & helped make my day better💛 Also Trenton & mom did a great job at making cupcakes & we are set for days 🤣
Wore this thrifted @madewell cardigan today with another thrifted striped shirt. Can you ever own too many striped shirts? 🤔I think not 🤣
But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength💜 • • new post about this shirt is on the blog! Link in profile!
Found these @etienneaignerus boots at the thrift store for $7! I think these are one of my top finds now! Also, this entire outfit is thrifted minus the scarf 🧡 • • On Friday, the water bottle spilled in my purse & drowned my phone 🙃 luckily all my photos, videos & contacts were in iCloud🙌🏼 It was kinda nice to not be using social media so much- made me realize how much I rely on my phone but that I can do without it 👍👍🏼
